Day 01: Arrival in Paro – Drive to Thimphu
Touch down in Paro and head straight to the charming capital, Thimphu. Wander through the Craft Bazaar, try on Bhutan’s traditional dress (Gho or Kira), and end the evening at the impressive Trashichhoedzong fortress glowing under the night sky.

Day 02: Discover Thimphu
Dive into Bhutanese culture—browse ancient texts at the National Library, watch young artists at the Painting School, and step into traditional life at the Folk Heritage Museum. Stop by the Memorial Chorten and finish at Buddha Point, where a giant golden Buddha watches over the valley.

Day 03: Thimphu → Punakha
Drive across Dochula Pass (with breathtaking Himalayan views if skies are clear) before descending to lush Punakha. Explore the majestic Punakha Dzong at the confluence of two rivers and take a peaceful walk through rice fields to Chimi Lhakhang, the Temple of Fertility.

Day 04: Punakha’s Hidden Gems
Visit a serene nunnery and Talo Monastery before hiking to Khamsum Yuley Chorten, perched high above the valley with jaw-dropping views. On the way back, stroll riverside trails through villages for a closer glimpse of daily Bhutanese life.

Day 05: Punakha → Paro
Return to Paro with a stop at Simtokha Dzong, one of Bhutan’s oldest fortresses. In the evening, explore the National Museum and Rinpung Dzong before sharing a traditional dinner with a local family—an intimate peek into Bhutanese hospitality.

Day 06: Paro Adventures
Take the legendary hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery, clinging to a cliff 900m above the valley—a true once-in-a-lifetime experience. Or, drive up to Chele La Pass, one of Bhutan’s highest roads, for sweeping mountain views and prayer flags fluttering in the wind. End the day with a gentle stroll through Paro town.

Day 07: Farewell Bhutan
After breakfast, transfer to the airport with memories of mountain monasteries, colorful prayer flags, and Bhutan’s warm spirit.
